New Member Registration
The MLQHS Alumni Foundation, Inc. maintains a database of Quezonian alumni solely for disseminating foundation information and activity. It does not make this information available to any third party; whether they be registered users of the website or not.
Only the most basic information is requested (see items marked with * in the form below) and must be provided. The remaining information is optional; although it might enable the foundation to contact you more expeditiously if such is provided.
Upon submission of the form, a verification email will be sent to the email address you provided. This is why a valid email address which you have access/control over is important. During the verification process, you will also be able to assign your own password to your information so that you, and only you, can modify it if need be. We recommend that you verify your registration as soon as possible.
We value the privacy of your information highly. Aside from your name, year graduated, gender and birthdate (excluding birthyear), no information will be exposed on the website. This policy is imposed site-wide; even on the messaging facilities.
IMPORTANT: Fill out all requisite information (along with the security ID code) and click Submit. A valid email address is needed for a successful registration. An email will be sent to the address you provide with instructions how to complete the verification process.
